You picked up the chairs and told us it would be two weeks and kept to your promised timeframe. When the chairs were delivered they were done to perfection. You can see the labor that went into each chair with the beautiful tufting and nailheads. When working with vendors in the city sometimes the experience is less than pleasant, but with you, we felt that you valued our business, truly cared about the work you do and wanted to please, which you did!

Dear Dahlia,
Recently, I was recuperating from an auto accident. I had a lady taking care of me who, without thinking, sat down on a caned bench, which was many years old, and went right through the caning. Ouch! I loved the bench, and wanted it repaired. Your company did a beautiful job of redecoration for me fourteen years ago. I stopped in, arranged for the pickup, and just received the recaned bench. It's beautiful. Just as before, everything was timely and beautifully done. Because of a hearing problem, you were also so kind to communicate with me by e-mail.
